Overview

Organized by the Turkish Patent Information User Group Association (TURPIUG)

As a non-profit association, we do not collect fees, but request contributions solely to cover the organizational costs of the event. Regular receipts will be issued. Any surplus will be reinvested into initiatives aimed at promoting and improving the patent information profession and the quality of our work. Payments are accepted only through the payment portal on the official websites of CEPIUG and TURPIUG.

All contributions include access to the full conference, the networking cocktail, and the social dinner on a boat.

Contribution scheme for participation

Social Dinner and Networking Cocktail for Non-Attending Partners:

• Social Dinner: €80 per person

• Networking Cocktail: €50 per person

Note: Participation in the social program (e.g., guided tours) is not included in the contributions above. These activities require on-the-spot payment directly to the guides.

For the bank transfer payment option, please complete your online registration process as bank transfer from the payment options.

Make sure that the reference code given to you after registration is included in your swift statement.

After selecting the "Regular Attendee Contribution" option, you may enter one of the relevant codes below to benefit from the discounted fee:

• If you are a PATLIB member: enter PATLIB

• If you are a PIUG member: enter PIUG

• If you are a PDG member: enter PDG

• If you are a member of any CEPIUG national user group: enter CEPIUG

• If you are a Speaker, Chairperson, or Volunteer: enter SUPER

• For Gold Sponsors: enter GOLD

• For Silver Sponsors: enter SILVER

• For Bronze Sponsors: enter BRONZE

• For Exhibitors: enter EXHIBITOR

Note: The system requires a unique email address for each application. Please ensure that a separate email address is used for every individual participant.
